RESULTS AND CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Individual responses to hypnosis, hypnotherapy and coaching vary. While we aim to provide professional and supportive services, we do not guarantee any particular outcome or result.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and wellbeing. If you have concerns about whether hypnosis or any of our services are appropriate for you, you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
Appointments may be booked through our website, booking system or directly with Australian Hypnosis Clinic.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, and appointments that are missed without notice, may be charged up to the full session fee.
We understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances can occur. Australian Hypnosis Clinic may waive or reduce a cancellation fee at its discretion where appropriate.
If Australian Hypnosis Clinic needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will make reasonable efforts to provide as much notice as possible and arrange an alternative appointment.
FEES, PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
Fees for services will be communicated to you before booking or displayed through our website or booking system where applicable.
Payment may be required at the time of booking or before or after a session, depending on the service and booking arrangement.
Except where required by Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law, fees for services already provided are generally non-refundable.
Where a prepaid service, package or program is cancelled, any refund or credit will be considered in accordance with the terms provided at the time of purchase and your rights under applicable Australian law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Before participating in hypnosis or hypnotherapy, you should let us know about any relevant medical, psychological or mental health conditions, medications or other circumstances that may affect the suitability of the service.
Australian Hypnosis Clinic reserves the right to decline, postpone or discontinue a service where we reasonably believe that hypnosis or the service being offered may not be appropriate, or where another form of professional support may be more suitable.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please seek immediate assistance from an appropriate emergency or healthcare service. Australian Hypnosis Clinic does not provide emergency or crisis services.
ONLINE SESSIONS
Online sessions may be provided using third-party video conferencing or communication platforms.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have a suitable internet connection, compatible device and a private, safe and reasonably distraction-free environment for your session.
While we take reasonable steps to use appropriate technology, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party platforms or internet services. If a significant technical problem prevents a session from proceeding, we will work with you to reschedule or make another reasonable arrangement.
